Our traditional Antiochian filo rolls are like no other frozen filo roll! Filled with fresh spinach, curd cheese, zahtar, and black cumin, this highly nutritious delicacy is extremely rich in ingredients. Mouthwatering, easy to make, and packed with great flavor and texture! This might be our favorite snack for last minute guests! Just remove them from the freezer, heat them in the oven, and serve!

Preperation

Place the pastries on the unbaked baking tray, without waiting for them to thaw.

Cooking

Bake in an oven preheated at 190 ⁰C-200 ⁰C for 22-24 minutes, brushing lightly tops of the pastries with a scrambled egg, until the pastries’ tops and bottoms take on a nice golden brown color.

Depending on your choice, you can serve the pasteries with yoghurt.
