Preperation
Place the pastries on the unbaked baking tray, without waiting for them to thaw.
Cooking
Bake in an oven preheated at 190 ⁰C-200 ⁰C for 22-24 minutes, brushing lightly tops of the pastries with a scrambled egg, until the pastries’ tops and bottoms take on a nice golden brown color.
Serving
Depending on your choice, you can serve the pasteries with yoghurt.
